1. Placing an Order

1.1 How do I place an order?

You can place an order in two ways:

  • Online: Log in to our website www.jewel4u.in, add your desired products to the cart, proceed to checkout, and complete the order.
  • Offline: Call or WhatsApp us at +91 9962999409. A video call option is also available for product selection.

2. Minimum Order Value

2.1 What is the minimum order value?

  • Within India: ₹200
  • For Overseas Customers: ₹2,000 (approximately $25 USD)

3. Payment Options

3.1 How can I pay for my order?

We have Razorpay, India’s leading payment gateway, integrated on our website. You can pay using:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, etc.)
  • Net Banking (Major Indian banks)
  • Wallets & UPI (Paytm, GPay, PhonePe, etc.)

For offline orders, you can pay via direct bank transfer, Paytm, GPay, or PhonePe.

For overseas customers, we accept direct bank transfers, PayPal, and Credit/Debit Cards.

3.2 Is COD (Cash on Delivery) available?

No, COD is not available due to high cancellation rates, which cause shipping cost losses.

However, we offer Partial COD as an alternative.

3.3 What is Partial COD?

  • Pay ₹200 as an advance via Razorpay (secure payment gateway).
  • Place your Partial COD order, and the advance will be adjusted in your total order amount.
  • Minimum order value for Partial COD: ₹500.

4. Shipping & Delivery

4.1 Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer FREE shipping on all orders with a total value above ₹999.

  • If your order amount is ₹1,000 or more, you won’t have to pay any additional shipping charges.
  • For orders below ₹1,000, a standard shipping fee will apply.

4.2 How are my products packed?

We use appropriate packaging based on the product material, weight, and dimensions:

  • Corrugated Boxes
  • Transparent Plastic Boxes
  • Envelopes (for lightweight items)

5.1 Can I search for a specific product?

Yes! Use the search option on our website to find any product or collection you need.

5.2 Can I add products after checkout?

Yes, simply go back to the products page and add more items to your cart.

5.3 Can I remove or delete products from my cart?

Yes, you can remove or delete any product before finalizing your order.


6. Returns & Replacements

6.1 What should I do if I receive a damaged product?

  • We offer replacement for damaged products.
  • To claim a return, provide a parcel opening video without edits as proof.
